The Plan.....

....as described by Jazzy & Mark. Note - as with most remodels, there are changes or modifications in midstream. In our case, we backed out of the bay windows, modified the hallway cabinet layout and decided to remove an older paneled wall. At the time of this posting, we are only 3 weeks into the remodel, so I'm sure a few more modifications will be heading our way. Amazingly, we are not too far off our original plans (as presented here).
